Thank you for your interest in our Faculty!

Hospital clinical rotations* can be done under two different programs and must be done during the Summer months (June, July and August):

 

1.- ERASMUS Traineeship

 The following documents are required:

• Application form or "Learning agreement for Traineeship" filled in and signed by you and the Erasmus coordinator of your Institution. Then submit it to reinmed@ucm.es or vdreinmed@ucm.es
• Language certificate (at least B1 in Spanish).
• Certificate of exemption from committing sexual offenses.
• Certificate of vaccination against COVID-19
• Fill in the desired clinical rotations in the attached form (see "Request Form" below).

Once these documents have been completed, send them to reinmed@ucm.es.

 

2.- Visiting student

If you plan to attend as a Summer visiting student, a call for applications will be made by UCM (not yet open) and involves the payment of a registration fee. More information at evisitantes@ucm.es and the attached document below (Adittional information summer clinical rotations).

*For non-hospital clinical rotations (i.e. School of Medicine-based traineeship), please send email to reinmed@ucm.es or vdreinmed@ucm.es

 

Please CC in all email exchanges, you must send it to the Vice-Dean at this email: vdreinmed@ucm.es and us (reinmed@ucm.es). so we can sign the final version of the form and forward it to the International Office at UCM.

Las rotaciones clínicas hospitalarias* pueden realizarse bajo dos programas diferentes y deben realizarse durante los meses de Verano (Junio, Julio y Agosto):

1.- ERASMUS Traineeship

 Se requieren los siguientes documentos:

• Formulario de solicitud o "Learning agreement for Traineeship" cumplimentado y firmado por ti y el coordinador Erasmus de tu Institución. A continuación, preséntalo en reinmed@ucm.eso vdreinmed@ucm.es
• Certificado de idiomas (al menos B1 en español).
• Certificado de exención de cometer delitos sexuales.
• Certificado de vacunación contra COVID-19.
• Rellenar las rotaciones clínicas deseadas en el formulario adjunto (ver "Formulario de solicitud" más abajo).

Una vez se hayan rellenado estos documentos, enviar a reinmed@ucm.es

Plazo de presentación de solicitudes
Para las rotaciones de junio: 15 de mayo
Para las rotaciones de julio y agosto: 15 de junio

2.- Estudiante visitante

Si tienes pensado asistir como estudiante visitante de verano, se realizará una convocatoria por parte de la UCM (aún no abierta) que conlleva el pago de una matrícula. Más información en evisitantes@ucm.es y en el siguiente documento (Información adicional estancias clínicas de verano).

*Para rotaciones clínicas no hospitalarias (es decir, prácticas en la Facultad de Medicina), envía un correo electrónico a reinmed@ucm.es o vdreinmed@ucm.es.

Por favor CC en todos los intercambios de correo electrónico, debes enviarlo al Vicedecano a este correo: vdreinmed@ucm.es y a nosotros (reinmed@ucm.es), para que podamos firmar la versión final del Learning Agreement y remitirlo a la Oficina Internacional de la UCM.
