Por favor tenga en cuenta los siguientes puntos:

- Nivel mínimo requerido de Español Certificado Oficial B1 dentro del Marco Europeo.

- Un alumno/a no podrá matricularse de asignaturas anuales si planea venir un solo semestre. Las asignaturas que se matriculen deben corresponder al período de estancia de cada alumno.

 Periodos de estancia:  A = Anual   1Q = Primer cuatrimestre  2Q = Segundo cuatrimestre

- Valore nuestras Fichas de plan de estudios mostradas más abajo

- Los estudiantes seleccionados dentro de la movilidad entrante Erasmus+ SMS podrán matricular asignaturas teniendo en cuenta que aproximadamente 15 ECTS equivalen a un Trimestre, 30 ECTS Semestre, 60 ECTS Anual. A su vez, el sistema de calificación será el siguiente: http://www.ucm.es/sistema-de-evaluacion.

- Los estudiantes del Intercambio Erasmus+ SMS que necesiten Clinical Electives (prácticas hospitalarias), podrán realizar un máximo de 4 rotaciones (dentro de los períodos ofertados por la Facultad de Medicina) y serán certificados como horas, no como ECTS.

- Los alumnos que deseen realizar rotaciones hospitalarias con el programa de movilidad ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP, solo podrán llevarlas a cabo durante los meses de verano (Julio y/o Agosto). Será necesario presentar un acuerdo académico (LA traineeship, suministradopor la institución de origen) debidamente cumplimentado, un seguro de Responsabilidad Civil, así como un Seguro de Cobertura Médica y el Título de Idioma B1 en español dentro del Marco Europeo. Estos documentos son requeridos para poder iniciar la tramitación administrativa y la  consiguiente aceptación final del alumno.

Please, take into account the following requirements:

- At least a B1 level of Spanish language within the European Languages Framework will be required

- A student will not be allowed to enroll in a full year course in the case that he/she plans to stay only one semester. Registered subjects should correspond to the students’ period of stay.

- Only Erasmus + SMS students will be able to benefit from Hospital clinical electives during the academic year.

 - We recommend every Erasmus+ SMS nominated students signing up at least for a theoretical subject so as to achieve the mobility criteria established by the programme itself in relation to the requested minimum amount of credits (ECTS). Hence, please take into account the following: 15 ECTS (3 months stay), 30 ECTS (6 months stay) and 60 ECTS (Whole course period stay). - Erasmus+ SMS Exchange students, who need Clinical Electives (hospital internships), can do a maximum of 4 rotations (within the periods offered by the Faculty of Medicine) and will be certified as hours, not as ECTS.

- Students within the ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP mobility programme, willing to carry out a clinical rotation in a UCM affiliated hospital will be entitled to do so only in the Summer period (July and August), presenting the pertinent LA Traineeship (provided by the sending institution) duly filled in. In addition, a Civil Liability Insurance will be required, as well as a Medical Coverage Insurance and a B1 Spanish Language Certificate (within the European Framework of Languages). These documents are required upfront to initiate the administrative process and to be finally accepted

Todo alumno/a deberá presentar antes de su llegada o período lectivo (Septiembre-Junio) los siguientes documentos:

- Contrato de Estudios previamente firmado por su Coordinador de la Universidad de Origen.

- Certificado de Llegada (Septiembre/Octubre).

- Impreso de matrícula (posterior a la aceptación del Contrato de Estudios).

Before his/her arrival or study period, students should provide us with the following documents:

- Learning Agreement previously signed by his/her Home University coordinator.

- Arrival Certificate (September/October).

- Enrollment handout (after his/her Learning Agreement approval).
